I’m the ultimate girly girl who is slowly, but surely, transforming into a chic career woman. I believe that working hard and staying inspired is the best recipe for success. By making up silly songs about my day, eating chocolate like it’s my job and sending funny pictures to my friends, I’m that girl who is genuinely always having a good time. As a rising senior at Lehigh University (that’s scary), I’ve had amazing college years so far. From studying in Ireland last summer to having my dream internship in New York City this summer, I am blessed that my life has been full of whimsical adventures. I love anything that sparkles and bright colors, so you can just imagine the array of rooms I’ve lived in over these past three years. My freshman dorm room was even dubbed “Candyland,” because it was so overwhelmingly colorful. This year, I’m moving out of my sorority house to off campus digs. I’m excited to make this space a peaceful home away from home and the perfect place for unwinding after the typical, crazy college day. I’m thinking lots of poufs and fun pillows from Dormify that will just make my napping habit worse in the best way possible! Besides being obsessed with making my “loft” (a.k.a. an attic in a really old house) fabulous, I’m also a fashion lover. I love reading fashion blogs, what I call online “window” shopping, and just accessorizing simple pieces with statement jewelry. My current obsessions are the color mint (have your “mint moment”, trust me), Baked by Melissa cupcakes and Pinterest-ing all of the above. With my Bedazzler or knitting needles in hand, I’ve always been that DIY kind of girl who loves to take on fun projects. I think it’s so important to get creative and infuse your drab, blank dorm room with details that make the space your own. I’m so excited to be a Style Advisor so I can share all the tips I’ve learned through the years with my fellow Dormify fashionistas. So get inspired, get creative and have fun!
