School: High Point University Sorority: Zeta Tau Alpha I'm the kind of girl who makes an effort to look good for class. Rolling out of bed isn't my style-- I have too many clothes and too much passion for style to bum it. I'm originally from Long Island, NY so I love keeping up with big-city style and trends but I also have an appreciation for the ultra preppy and sophisticated, brought out in my sorority girl side as a sister of Zeta Tau Alpha. I'm studying Journalism and English at High Point University and serve as Editor of the HPU branch of HerCampus.com. In a few years hopefully I'll be the next Carrie Bradshaw or at the very least working at a big magazine. My mom studied to be an Interior Designer and I've grown up with the house being painted and decorated differently every time I come home from vacation, so I like to think I have an eye for what looks best. My obsessions include Pinterest, the Food Network, kittens, and Jake Gyllenhaal. Taking a little sister in my sorority has definitely pushed my crafting limits, but it's amazing what you can accomplish with a hot glue gun and some rhinestones.
