Sorority: Zeta Tau Alpha Hey there! I’m Jade, born in DC and raised in northern Virginia. A senior at Christopher Newport University, I have gotten a little taste of the south; to my chagrin, I like country music now, something I never thought I would say! I’m an English major with a writing concentration and a minor in leadership studies, and I’m also a member of Zeta Tau Alpha. I have loved being able to get involved in various leadership positions in ZTA throughout my time in college. I’ll just say that in my spare time I love Pinterest, because it gives me ideas on things to craft, bake, read, watch… basically everything! Whichever season it currently is will be my favorite; whether it’s the lazy days of summer which feature bright colors in fashion, comfy sweaters and crunchy leaves of fall, cuddling up with hot chocolate on a snowy day in winter or breaking the colorful sundresses out of my closet in the spring, I have always been able to adapt well! My room has always reflected my own personal style and things I love, so I can’t wait to decorate my senior year apartment. It’s always been my goal to brighten up the bland white space so common in an on-campus apartment, and this year will be no different!
