School: University of Wisconsin
Sorority: Alpha Chi Omega
I have always been a spontaneous, free-for-all type of girl. I strive to live for the moment in a bold and fun-loving way. Therefore, it should be no surprise that I traveled across the country from my home in sunny Sarasota, Florida to the below-zero winter temps in Madison, Wisconsin for college. I am going into my sophomore year at the University of Wisconsin where I plan to declare a major in both Journalism Strategic Communications and political science. I would love to work with public service media campaigns some day in order to inform the public on important issues that our world faces.
I am highly interested in environmentally friendly technologies and the way we can incorporate these new innovations into our everyday. I would consider my style enviro-vintage chic. I love to hold on to old clothes, posters and collected items, hoping that they will come back in style. I guess you could say I am even recycling these old products for future use—yet another way I try to be environmentally friendly. I have a passion for traveling and trying new things and I am a strong believer in the fact that you can only find yourself once you are placed in a world outside your comfort zone. I am so excited to be a part of Dormify and be able to share any advice I have, and will continue to gain throughout college.
