It's finally summertime! Which now means that it is time to pull out that bikini that you had kept locked away all winter long. And for most of us, this means that we have to start counting our calories and saying no to those ever so delicious sweets such as chocolate fondue.
Or do we?!?! With this recipe, you can easily have your cake and eat it too!
In order to create this fondue, you need two ingredients: Organic Cocoa Powder and Organic Blue Agave. The Cocoa Powder has under 10 calories per serving and 0 grams of sugar per tablespoon! The Agave has under 60 calories per serving and 16 grams of sugar per tablespoon. It is a mystery how this healthy treat can be oh so delicious! This recipe is quick, simple and just delicious! In under two minutes, you will have a delicious treat to eat with a spoon or use as an add-on to apples, bananas, etc.
The directions to create the fondue are simple and concise.
(Step 1) Put 1 tablespoon of Organic Blue Agave into a bowl. Make sure the Agave goes into the bowl prior to adding the Cocoa Powder.
(Step 2) Put 1 tablespoon of Organic Cocoa Powder on top of the Agave that is already in the bowl.
(Step 3) Repeat steps 1 & 2 as many times as you feel is needed. Typically, 3 tablespoons each creates a nice size.
(Step 4) Mix the two substances together until it is thoroughly uniform throughout the entire mix. The mixture will get harder and harder to mix as it comes closer to being done. Make sure that you double check the bottom and sides of the bowl.
(Step 5) Finally, your sweet fondue is ready! Bon appetit!
If you want to add a little more creativity buzz to your taste buds, you can always mix in organic peanut butter to the recipe. Doing so will give the dip more of a Reese's flavor. Just because it is bikini season does not mean that you have to give up all the sweetness in your life----just makes it healthier!
