Style Advisor Program Terms
By participating as a style advisor (“Advisor”), the Advisor, and for Advisors under the age of 18 the Advisor and his/her parents, acknowledges and agrees that his/her photograph, name, likeness, and school name and location (collectively “Information”) will be included under the Style Advisor tab of the Dormify, Inc. website. The Advisor acknowledges and agrees that inclusion of the Information will benefit the Advisor personally and professionally, and by submission of this application the Advisor requests that the Information be included on the website and approves of the posting of the Information. The Advisor releases and holds Dormify, Inc, its principals, members, agents, employees and affiliated individuals and entities harmless for any and all claims, causes of action, personal injury, property damage, or any other claim of any nature whatsoever that arises out of or relates in any way to the Advisor’s participation in the Dormify, Inc Style Advisor program, including but not limited to claims arising out or relating to Dormify’s use and posting of the Information.
Choice of law:
Dormify and Style Advisor agree that the parties’ relationship and all disputes or claims arising out of or relating to the Style Advisor’s relationship with Dormify or the Style Advisor’s activities engaged in as part of the program, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Maryland. In the event of litigation between the parties, the dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association commercial rules. The location of the arbitration shall take place in Montgomery County, Maryland. The parties waive all rights to trial by jury.
